How much will a website cost?
Well this depends on the type of website that you require, please see our pricing pages for more details, if you're still not sure then contact us.
What is a URL/domain name?
This is your internet address, our URL (domain name) is www.bouncywebdesign.com, we include a FREE URL/domain name with all our packages. So you can pick a URL unique to your business.
I am hosting my website elsewhere, I've noticed you are chepaer, can I switch to you?
Please contact us regarding your website and we will reply with instructions that will ensure a smooth transfer process.
Do I have to host with you or can I host my own website once it is designed?
We usually offer a year free hosting with all our designs, but if you prefer to host the website yourself then that's fine just let us know.
What is web hosting?
Web hosting is where we 'host' your website on the internet, what this means is we upload your website to a far away computer that 'beams' it onto the internet for everyone to see!
Do I have to supply you with the content of my website?
The simple answer is yes, it's your website and you know your business best, simply create a few paragraphs for each page and we will transfer those onto your website for you.
I want you to design my website, where do I go from here?
Just navigate to the pricing page and you will be able to buy your preffered package by clicking the buy it now button next to the corresponding package, if you prefer to pay another way then contact us.
Do you offer me any type of discount?
We can offer special deals should you order many websites from us, or if you recommend us to your friends, again contact us for more details.
How long will my website take to complete?
This definately depends on how complex your website is, for a simple bouncy castle website we can usually do the job in around 3 days.
Do you offer good aftersales support?
We are available everyday for you to contact us, we are just an email away if you get stuck.
